If not satisfied, books are returnable for full refund of the purchase price within 12 days of receipt but we request prior notification by email before items are returned. Domestic shipping (in USA) by USPS Priority mail according to the post office weight and distance formula. Overseas shipping by mutually agreeable method. Our policy is to charge actual postage only except in cases where special packaging is required. In some circumstances we recommend shipment by private carrier where door-to-door tracking is provided.
