All items subject to prior sale. Pre-payment required except for institutions, which are billed to suit their needs. Shipping charges: $7.50 for the first book and $2.50 for each additional book. Large volumes shipped at cost. Shipping costs for non-book items quoted upon request. All books shipped via USPS Priority, unless otherwise requested. Buyer pays insurance if desired, the cost of which will be provided upon request. Foreign orders shipped at cost, generally via air, although surface is available upon request.
