John Wronoski Censured

The Board of Governors of the ABAA voted, pursuant to the Association's By-laws (Article 5, Section I, 2), to censure John Wronoski of Lame Duck Books. The censure was the result of a Complaint regarding issues arising from Mr. Wronoski's admitted mishandling of a consignment. In determining the appropriate sanction for Mr. Wronoski's conduct, the Board of Governors considered the fact that Mr. Wronoski paid the Complainant in full and the regret which Mr. Wronoski expressed at the hearing concerning his conduct.

This announcement will be posted on the ABAA's member listserv, and will be sent to the presidents of ILAB member organizations.
