The ABAA Welcomes New Members to the Association

Full Membership:

Scott Fennessey of Blue Whale Books in Charlottesville, VA, started out as a mortgage backed securities trader in the 1980s.  After deciding to pursue his fortune elsewhere, he went to grad school, while working for Terry Belanger at Rare Book School. In 1995, he opened his shop. If you are ever in the area, make sure to stop in and say hello!  Specialties include, Thomas Jefferson, Virginia and Architecture.

Nick Cooke of Black Swan Books in Richmond, VA, was raised in a home filled with books that he grew to love.  As an adult he returned to Richmond and opened his shop not 10 blocks from the very home that inspired his career choice. Nick can be found at his shop, which specializes in Americana and Civil War, six days a week along with Copyright, his standard poodle.  Pop in and say Hi!
